Did anybody try connecting Vision Placer machine to UPS for power backup and may be isolation from mains transients? Any sizing and ups type suggestions?

Hi, Thank you for suggestion Michael. I did't resist and try EATON Ellipse PRO 500W/850VA. Little bit underpowered, but I have one handy. Machine (2800HP-CL22) works fine. So something about 1kW should works for backup machine and computer together just how you suggest.
