When running the population file, after it changes the nozzle and the next part is in the grid box and not in one of the side feeders the head does not move back in the y axis to clear the nozzle holder before moving to the grid box location. The dispenser hits the nozzles loaded in the holder.

Did you enable the In / Out position extend function in nozzle changer dialog?
