Hello.
How to find out the reason for dropping a part?
In version 2.053, components in the SOT23 case are often dropped.

It depends on too tight precision settings messages are shown in white status box under video output.
Try 2/11 as precision setting.

Wow, I have 2/2 installed. Collect time 200 ms.
Why is angle so important? How and for which elements to choose the optimal value? Machine VP-2800HP.

It is a smal part and triangle calculation to receive the rotation angle is not highly accurate because of less pixels.

SOT23 is a nightmare, is worst part to align.
The bend lead see like two lead some time and i never have 0% drop with SOT23, some time i have 1-3% some time i have 8 to 15% drop!!!

Use general model and set precision to 2/11 for SOT-23.

2/11 cannot be selected. Maximum 2/10.
For A_Accuracy value, the maximum value may be 10.

Good time.
With the same alignment settings, the version of Vision Placer software V2.052 and
below never place the SOT-23 case with such an error:

The number of COT-23 components dropped for unknown reasons is approximately the same in all versions.
If it is impossible to implement normal alignment, it may be instead of dropping the component, ask �Install the component with such an error, or drop ?�, Making this option "ON" or "OFF".

Please adjust vision parameters again and set angle precision to 10.

We are working on this issue.

I achieved the normal alignment and installation of the buildings SOT23, SOT23-5, SOT23-6.
I use the CN40 nozzle. Alignment settings Precision_XY = 2, Precision_Angle = 4, Collect Time = 150 ms, GENERAL model.
