I noticed the oddity with the motors. The machine is powered up. If move your fingers very lightly in the horizontal direction (indicated by the arrows), can hear how the encoders inside the motor work. This is the X motor axis. Why is that? This is normal? If do the same for motor X in the vertical direction, then the operation of the encoders inside the motor is not audible. X axis (2) text.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
If do the same in the horizontal and vertical directions for the Y motor, then the operation of the encoders inside the motor is not audible. Y axis (1) text.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte) Y axis (2) text.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
It's too long to explain but each axis has diffent mass and torque so behavior is different. No it wil not affect accuracy you know it need some time to move Z axis down and this should be enough to stabilize servo position. For high accuracy parts to place you need to use slow Z axis speed and put delay > 100ms.
