Going through each part of the machine now, to ensure everything is working and found that the North and East Winder motors are not moving. They give off a hissing type noise that comes from them when commanded from the program to move. In order to stop the noise I need to turn off the entire machine. It sounds like they are burning up on the inside and they do get warm and probably would get hot if left alone. Has this issue come up? Any trouble shooting steps?
Found that they do work, turns out the single clicking the button to move the motor in the program for East and North does not visibly show movement; only then button is held down is when it will show movement. Single click increments are too fine.
But the noise from these motors after commanding them to move is a persistent hissing, does not sound right, must be the motor controller still sending some singles to the motor. Something I will try and get on video and demonstrate.
