I've had my VP-2500D unboxed for about a week now. I have no previous pick and place experience so started from scratch. I've probably spent 20 hours or so learning the machine, setting up the vision system and feeders and working out how to create p&p ready files in Cadsoft Eagle.
So, I have now produced my first PCB - see picture! Every component was placed with full vision, there are 33 different components on the pcb, so 33 feeder lanes were used. Have to say that I am very happy with the finished result, alignment of SOT23 and SOT457 packages is spot on! I have not done any manual re-alignment of parts, this is straight from theVP-2500D machine.

This machine exceeds my expectations - and they were pretty high!
Are you in the US? Do you any details on how you powered the unit? I'm in the US and wanted to know if the two 120V connections on L and N is good enough to supply this machine with 240V?
