For reliability I always place the large components first since its very annoying to place a BGA when there is a small component like 0201 that hasn't been placed correctly first.
But I have to do this manually every time.
Also, since the 2 heads same makes the machine pick with any head to cameea 2 even though it's specified to camera 1 (like bgas etc that really needs to be aligned with camera 1, sometimes if it's 2 heads same it can be aligned with camera 2 and head 2).
This means that I always manually have to do this:
change strategy to 1 head, unselect all 1 & 2 size nozzles parts, then place all panels with the larger nozzles components. Then change strategy to 2 head, uncheck all larger nozzles for placement, then place all small parts. This is very annoying as if I for instance forget to change to 1 head strategy, it will fail loads of BGAs because it uses 2 heads. I would like to have an option where I only pick 1 & 2 nozzle sizes with dual heads, and then ALWAYS place larger nozzles with head 1 and the camera I select for that part!
Also, I would like to sort both ways, i.e. if I click on any column header to sort my part list (package, value, feeder number, nozzle no etc.) I would like it to alternate between ascending and descending sorting so I can get all large nozzles first and last depending on how many times I click.
