I have a panel with 5 boards (step and repeat - all the same design). The panel has fiducials, but the boards also have internal fiducials.

I would like to have the machine read the internal fiducials of every board, place the board, and move on, while reading fiducials of the new board. It would seem that this is not possible with current V2 software, without choosing the next design in the panel layout (under PCB icon), and having to press the "Start" every time a board completes in the panel. Is there a way to make this happen that is automatic?

The alternative of course would be to just read the panel fiducials and deal with somewhat worse placement - maybe this is what I will do for now - after trying a few experiments.

In any case this scenario would argue for making the fiducials "parts" which could be imported with the PCB file, then read first - and have the board placed. Except thinking this through - how would panel fiducials then work? Maybe there is room to have both fiducials be available - but maybe not used on the same job.

In any case - any thoughts of how to make this job run optimally will be appreciated.
