When programming a new board, it does not appear there is a method to interactively "test" the setup of fiducials. To see if the fiducial is programmed correctly, the user must cycle-start the machine.

It would be very handy to be able to interactively check the fiducial programming parameters as they are being programmed, rather than requiring a cycle start. e.g. as the user is setting the fiducial properties (location / diameter / contrast / etc) a button to move the camera to the location and run a pass / fail check on fiducial mark detection.
