[LOUIS] I know the database. The problem is: I optimize a part until it places perfectly. I then have that part on that feeder optimized, but there is no way to copy the settings to a database part so all other similar parts get updated to these new settings.
So I have to write down the settings, open the database part, enter the settings and update the other similar parts.
[FR002] Auto location correction on feeder pickup position
[LOUIS] -Auto location correction on feeder, each time the part are align by cameras, put small feedback (1/2 to 1/10 of the correction value) of offset to correct de pickup location and better next pickup.
Not possible too many different parameters having influence like wrong Z height will cause part jumping under nozzles
1. Icons for the «Origin» menu. 2. Add the «Pick To Bottom Camera» button to the feeder settings, as in the menu with the right button. 3. Add a button to open the «Package Data Base» window from the feeder dialog and the contrast and brightness settings window. 4. Add a button for calling the «Nozle List» dialog from the feeder dialog. 5. Buttons for moving the top camera to the already set coordinates in the «Main Settings Dialog», for test and verification. 6. Select a group of nozzles for different tasks. 7. In the placement task, add the settings flag - at the start of the task do not move the tape in the feeder to take the component. This will be useful, as it will reduce the loss of expensive components. Since when setting up the feeder, the component already lies in the tape pocket. 8. The lead time is clean and taking into account stops, if any. 9. List and number of discarded components. At the end of the assignment, you can determine which feeders you need to adjust 10. If a component reset occurs, the machine stops and there is a dialogue of choice, how to continue. I would like to be able to go to the «Feeder Settings» at this moment and adjust it.
I also asked for this somewhere else in forum. When you click the header "place part" or whatever it says in the pcb file. All parts are selected, when you click again, no parts are selected.
Would save lots of clicking. Similar to the way "select all panels" button works.

Use standard mass edit function by selecting all lines you want to edit and right click, select Part Edit and change only mount flag. Done all lines mount flag set!
[FR004] It would be very nice to have the possibility, in the Feeder Group dialog, copy the selected feeder between the feeder groups. And compare feeders between groups of feeders.
We offer PNPCreator to assign feeders to slots a better solution to create project depending feeder files
1. When opening the "Grid Box" dialog in the feeder settings, set the default cursor to "Grid". Then, when you open this dialog, you can immediately scroll the "Grid" with the mouse wheel. Default cursor.png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
2. Add a "COPY" button to the "Package Database" dialog. Add a copy button.png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
3. Add the button to "EDIT" name for "PCB" in the dialog "PCB Settings" Add the button EDIT name .png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
4. Select the nozzle type for the component, not the head number. Because nozzles can take different positions depending on the placement strategy. Nozzle type.png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
5. Select different component contrast for cameras 1 and 2. For example, when using the "2 Head same" mode, the same component can be aligned by both camera 1 and camera 2. But since the cameras illumination is set differently (VP-2800HP machine) , the component is lit differently, which can lead to an alignment error. 6. Menu selection “Pick to Visual Camera” to navigate between cameras

This is automatically done if nozzle changer enabled the nozzles selected by name! It makes no sense if nozzle changer switched off because only 2 nozzles in head possible.

This makes no sense too because vision parameters allways assigned to one camera so part need to use this camera. A part aligned on cam1 and cam2 is not allowed.
