Now I have reassembled an older PCB (3pcs on panel), where fiducial mark #1 is very close to the last assembled component on the previous PCB (2 or 3 of 3 on panel).
The TOP mark camera fails to focus on the fiducial Mark1 on PCB #2 when moving from PCB #1, and the SW ends up with a mark detection error. However, if the speed is set to LOW, the camera manages to focus and the detection goes O.K. and the assembling continues. I already partially outlined this problem to Michael on 3.12.2020.
Now I was mounting 50 panels (3PCB) and I had to set the speed to LOW. Annoying, frustrating.
I have now repeatedly succeeded in achieving a state: High speed-100% error (Mark detection) Medium speed-50% error Low speed-0% error
I would welcome a Delay parameter, if only in Config.ini. It doesn't have to be in the Menu.

It depends on your settings!
Does your analog mark camera maybe need some time to adjust to light conditions?
Maybe you think about the "Collect time" setting for camera you can find in PCB settings? You can set to 1000 for test and check the same setting in camera settings should be minimum 200ms there.
But I think it depends on detected mark size maybe you check the status window about the detected size.
And finally i hope you didn't changed the visual alignment speed settings in your software!
