The machine has stopped during the job operation. After that, problems began.
In the manual mode, everything works (possibly):
-The heads are changing.
-The camera moves along the coordinates.
-The push feeder work manually.
-I can pick up and put on the PCB manually
-The camers work properly
BUT.... If i start the job file... You can see on this videos:

Beep sound, uncorrect position, chaotic actions, the vacuum system and the push feeder doesn't work correctly.
It started after installing version 60 (one day after installed).
i think that something has become with the controller.
Sry for my bad english.
P.s. old software doesn't work either

After installing version V2.059, the machine once, after reaching Visual Original, made two jerks towards the center of the working field.
But I didn't work a long with version V2.059 and i was considered it to be a random crash.
In versions V2.060, V2.057 and most earlier, this was not seen even once.

Did you read this?
Camera settings opened and saved before operating?
Please use V2.060 or V2.057!
And if such problems happen your machine communication got disturbed, power down machine and restart software before operating machine again!

Yes, i read tris and did this.
I reinstalled the software. It helped, but not completely. Wrong start with a beeper, the push feeder and the 2nd head skip steps. Check 1:10 on my new video:

Any changes in CPU Version settings?
You should not enable any switches for your machine in this menu!
Only necessary for CL6X machines

For the beep Vaccum test failed on component.
You need to adjust vaccum switch points in nozzle changer not feeder settings.

Yes, maybe, but the machine beep when doesn't pick up a component. (only 2nd head, why? i don't know)

Maybe second vacuum sensor a little lower in read out so it happens please lower the vacuum switch point and check.

First of all the video don't match to your configuration data you sent.
Machine is feeding every time so must be 4mm part distance.
In your configuration you use 0402 feeder mode which feeds only every second time.

The feeder E9 used in your configuration has some parameter problems:

1. Push count could not be zero you need to adjust to minimal 1! this maybe caused the problem
2. Visual area should be square set visual height to 1 too!
3. Suction and put delay only need 50ms for 0402
4. feed time only need 200ms

And please tell me how is your machine connected to the PC ? Maybe USB communication problem possible too.

I found a solution. It doesn't fix, but it possible to work.
The SMT has 2 algorithms installation of 0402. if the tape has two chips or the tape has a one chip.
the 2 chips algo's:
1) Push feeder make a count
2) The 1st head pick up 0402
3) The 2nd head pick up 0402
4) Put on the chips on a board
1) Push feeder make a count
This algo's doesn't work...
But this work:
1) The 1st head pick up 0402 (last one in the tape)
2) Push feeder make a count
3) The 2nd head pick up 0402 (the first of the two in the tape)
4) Put on the chips on a board
1) The 1st head pick up 0402 (last one in the tape)
This algo's work.

First of all I did some advises to change parameters they are not related to your problem.

Second if you did not adjust pickup position well for 0402 it's your fault too, so don't state explaining how to fix bugs.

I only want to help you to take more care to use valid parameters in your settings.
Please check page 39 in manual for 0402 feeder mode setup.

That's not board version still 2.03 it is your installed firmware and that's latest version.

Use USB hub or USB cable extension, cable length?

Just now it is not interesting because problem solved, but sometimes USB communication problems cause weird reactions.

I use correct settings. I made more than one PCB board and the SMT everything worked.
