The maximum length for USB 2.0 cables that comply with the standard is 5 metres according to the specification. Longer cables can be used if they are made of high-quality materials. Hubs or active repeaters must be used for longer transmission paths.
i found an old laptop (I tested the SMT on it when the SMT arrived to me). i checked different wires. and i can say that the my SMT dosen't work. This video on the old laptop with old software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlTrbjdO...channel=alexbbs
I think that the board is broken. Can i reupload firmware on it?
I think you need to chack the vaccum sensor readouts. One option you didn't adjust vacuum check levels well. If nozzle changer used need to adjust in nozzle list. If not need to adjust in feeder settings.
Check the vaccum sensor values if vacuum turned on and nozzle open / close and report to me please. And send the message shown in status field left bottom side white box!
