Hello,

I recently purchased a used VP2500HP-CL32. I have it all set up and powered on, and connected to a Windows 10 64-bit PC. It currently doesn't respond to the jog mode buttons on the face, though.

I also didn't receive any software. How do I go about downloading the v2 software that is supposed to come with the machine? I've worked with Michael to get a test license for the PnPCreator software, but that doesn't run the machine.
