Noticed error head rotation 1 after alignment on 45 degrees. Attached a photo. Visually, it works like this: head 1 aligns the component on camera 1. The component aligns. Then there is a movement towards camera 2, to align the component on head 2. And at this moment of movement, the component on head 1 is rotated 45 degrees. Then aligns the component on the head 2 on camera 2. Then it moves towards the board. and As a result of the installation, the component on head 1 is rotated, the component on head 2 is installed correctly. There were the following settings: * Head 1 is tuned to camera 1 * Head 2 is tuned to camera 2 * "2 Head same" mode. The nozzles on the two heads are the same, in my case SN065. Machine VP-2800HP
At first I had these components configured for camera 2 and the installation went smoothly. Then I decided to change one component to camera 1, and the second remained to camera 2. And this problem arose. In a few days I will collect these boards again, conduct an experiment and record a video. But the illumination of the cameras of the machine can interfere with a good video recording.
