Visual Origin Set to improve the precision of machine origin.
You can add a mark point in the working area and the machine will detect this mark point and adjust the machine origin if enabled.

In our VisionPlacer software V2.027 we received a new function to calibrate the machine origin by mark point.
Simple glue a piece of PCB including a mark point to the machine PCB holder.



Then move top camera to mark point and find center position using visual alignment function.
Go to "basic settings" dialog and take over the center position, brightness and contrast and enable the "Visual Origin" function.
Setup the collection time to 500ms and set the mark point size.
The correction count is set to 5 times in my example.



The machine will now use this mark point to calibrate the machine origin.
