The collect time is too short try to increase to 500ms

The collection time allows the camera to adjust to ambient light conditions before photo is taken.
If you use top camera this is very important because of changing light conditions.
Use always high brightness settings for mark detection to compensate ambient light changes.
In your case the mark point has no opening around this cause reflections.

A good combination is 1.5mm point and 4mm openening.

Second important thing the servo controller or belt system need short time to stabilize, this setting should be >=300 ms for top camera.
We have time to collect mark point data because it happens only once a job is getting started, my standard setting is for "Collect time" 500ms, and for "Visual times" set to 5.

And really important do not place a light over machine!!!
