When trying to start the machine in Camera Simulate mode, a situation arose described in the attached video. Now, in any mode, the top camera when detecting for Mark point 2 does not perceive the brightness and contrast parameters set to detect this point. Changing any parameters do not help. Can someone tell how now to deal with it ?
What meaning does the collection time have if, at the moment of detection, the brightness and contrast do not correspond to the set parameters, as can be seen in the small window at the top at the time the error message appears ?
The collection time allows the camera to adjust to ambient light conditions before photo is taken. If you use top camera this is very important because of changing light conditions. Use always high brightness settings for mark detection to compensate ambient light changes. In your case the mark point has no opening around this cause reflections.
A good combination is 1.5mm point and 4mm openening.
Second important thing the servo controller or belt system need short time to stabilize, this setting should be >=300 ms for top camera. We have time to collect mark point data because it happens only once a job is getting started, my standard setting is for "Collect time" 500ms, and for "Visual times" set to 5.
And really important do not place a light over machine!!!
