Hello. How can the tape pusher speed be reduced? This is true for resistors 0603. Since sometimes when pushing the tape, the resistor turns over to the edge. And the machine finishes it with an edge on the board.
It depends on top springs having no contact to tape surface. You can shift spring position too to keep smaller opening. Please refer to manual chapter 14.5. To reduce winder speed refer to chapter 4.5.4.
Push speed is no problem because pocket closed during push. Maybe open and close length is your problem. Did you read the feeder FAQ on our website? The manual has a long chapter about push feeder settings too. Check the calibration values for winder. And adjust open length to 15 and close length to 20 for example and it will work.
The values open = 15 and close = 31 did not help much. The documentation in chapter 4.6.5 contains only the parameters themselves. But there is no way to configure them. How to check and calibrate? 2020-06-17_14-07-51.png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
