I have a north push feeder block with half of the places with 12 and 16mm feeder places. The cover tape rolls are all for 8mm feeder width, leading to problems with the wider tapes. The cover tapes are wider as the rolls are, the manufacturer did not fit them to the feeder width. That is quite annoying, as I have a stall every 4-5 parts from those feeders. I will now print out new wheels with the correct width to prevent that in the future, but maybe you should consider changing that in the hardware.
It should be possible to turn the winder wheels by 180 degrees tro receive wide winder roll. But be careful when disassembling the winder there are some springs inside.
I worked on it this weekend and could replace the rollers with new ones, printed from PETG, and they seem to work fine :-) You should consider changing that for the 16mm wide push feeders.
I often break my fingernails when I try to push the small roller back to get the cover tape in. If you ever redesign the push feeders, consider changing the metal part with the spring and the small roller. If you make it longer we would have a small "handle" with which we could push the small roller away. That would make things much easier.|addpics|rfa-2-5c65.jpg,rfa-3-b6fe.jpg|/addpics|
