Yesterday I had a really crazy mistake.
The CL Feeder was able to feed parts with manual control but no parts could be picked up in Pick & Place mode.
I received empty component bags without finding a meaningful explanation.
The error was a too low air pressure of the compressed air supply.
Our machine needs 6Bar inlet pressure and the CL feeders work at 5Bar.
After adjusting the inlet pressure, 5Bar were available to the CL feeders and everything worked fine again!

The push feeders require 2.5 bar and the vacuum system 4 bar!
