Sorry for cross posting of this tread. This seems like the more appropriate place. We had an event with low air pressure resulting in loss of control of the machine. This ended up with the Y axis dead. The driver seems to be putting out an error message but from reading the servo manual - my guess is that neither of the two manuals of the servo controller look exactly like what we have, although I still need to confirm that. Staring at the machine from the bottom is a little hard to see details. Our machine is definitely closer to Lichuan servo- B2 model.
My Y driver has either died or has become dysfunctional. I can move the Y axis servo freely, but not the X when the machine is powered up. Can someone please post some troubleshooting links, and email address for parts.
I can see some displays for X and Y drivers when viewing the machine from the bottom. The X driver says "run" and dashes blink when I move the X axis on the machine. The Y driver (on the left looking at the machine from the center of the bottom) say "R04". The dashes move when I click Y direction to try to move the head, but the Y servo doesn't move.
Are there pinouts available for the servo connectors and servos themselves to see if I have a burnt servo? Do the larger silver boxes with the numbers on them have the high current drivers in them for the servos?
