Hello. Can air temperature affect the performance of the machine (for example, calibrations or accuracy of component placement)? VP2800HP machine. Faced a similar second time. The first time the temperature in the room changed from 28-30 to 18-20 degrees. Now the temperature has changed again, my room is 12 degrees. As a result, all components are aligned upward along the Y-axis when installed. It doesn't matter which head to install them. After several hours of work, nothing has changed. What should be checked? What to look for?

I think you never interested in physics??
PNP machines need to get used in temperature controlled environments 20 degrees for example. If room temeperature change for more than 5 degrees X and Y axis need to get calibrated.
The clever solution is to keep room temperatrure constant. delta T of 10 degrees extend or shrinks working area by approximately 0,1mm.
I am naturally interested in physics. Otherwise I would be doing something else. Therefore, I tied my question to the temperature. I just chose a machine without belts so that the dependence on temperature was minimal. But this is not the case.
A smart solution is to have temperature correction. Or to have automatic machine correction. Or test checks. Which I can run every day before building. And so all this is done manually and a lot of time is wasted.
I have no experience with other machines. Just as there is no way to maintain a constant temperature in the production room. In the process of work, the temperature change in the aisles +/- 5..7 degrees is normal for me. It would be very convenient to have in the software the ability to automatically check some reference coordinates or displacements. Which can be calculated and entered into the program. Desirable one coefficient along the axis. It is very inconvenient to carry out manual calibrations every day due to temperature. And negates all the advantages of automatic mounting. Especially to calibrate with the top camera, which is just awful when using optical zoom.
