Hello, On our machine, the springs on the nozzle changer are mounted with the "lips" facing downward towards the metal body of the nozzle changer, see attached pictures. Is this the correct orientation for the springs? The reason I ask, is because the drawings in the manual, chapter 6.3 "Nozzle changer calibration" indicates that the springs are mounted with the lips pointing away from the nozzle changer body. Hi Torfinn, the springs are correctly mounted it's the first version we used. But your nozzles are inserted wrong! The collar of the nozzle must be under the plate not as in your photo on the plate!
