Hello. Interested in what sequence of calibrations for the machine? What is the reference coordinate value for Head 1 or Upper Camera? I calibrated the machine. Then I turned on Visual Origin in Basic Settings. And all calibrations have changed a bit. This is not critical for many components, even for 0402. But for LGFP64 microcircuits, small biases are already obtained, which are critical.
Machine calibration means x and y-axis travel distance calibration. In Basic settings the top camera to head1 and head1 to head x distance gets calibibrated. All Z axis positions calibrated too same for nozzle heights.
To define a new visual origin position you need to
1. Turn off visual origin and reset machine. 2. move to visual origin mark and find center by using manual vision function. (don't forget to update visual parameters too!) 3. update coordinates in basic settings and switch on visual origin. 4. define camera centers and pickup positions
