I found a good way to calibrate the nozzle (1) to top camera distance:
- Put a small paper label on a known PCB position. - Pick up a small nozzle, then put the nozzle down to an rubber stamp ink pad - Open a new pcb job and add the locations manually to smt list as part locations. - Move the nozzle to the position, add a part to part list and take over to a part location in PNP job. - Manually drive the nozzle down, until it touch the label. You receive a stamp print on the surface. - Reset Z axis - Move the camera to this position, it should be exact in the center of the circle - Add a part to part list and take over to a part location in PNP job. - Calculate the deviation and update basic settings. Don't forget to save! - Don´t forget to clean the nozzle :-)
