I am considering the purchase of a VP-2500DP NWE machine. I live in the US and have seen conflicting information posted regarding the power requirements for these PNP machines. Will the VP-2500DP run on 120VAC or is 230VAC required? If 230VAC, what is the required VA rating of the step up transformer from 120VAC to 240VAC?

Hi Daniel,

for all stepper motor based machines it is possible to operate from 110V t o 230V.
The Power consumption is between 250W - 500W peak.

Appreciate your quick response to my inquiry. I intend to purchase the VP-2500HP / HP Table Kit. I understand the top table plate is not included. Can you provide drawings that show what I will need to have made for this including dimensions and recommended material?

You need 2 sheet of 20mm x 200mm x 900mm wood mounted on the left and right side.
The machine bottom should be open to move the wasted tapes under the machine and have access to they pneumatic system.
We use holes driiled thru the frame to fix the plates with screws from the bottom.
The attached manula shows a single table plate but we changed after machine design upgrade to 2 plates.
