We had a strange problem at one of our customer's machine.
When the placement job was started the machine always used the nozzle 1 instead of programmed nozzle 2.

The reason was a placement strategy setting!
Because the strategy "double head same nozzle" was active the system always tried to use the first nozzle at the beginning.

After switching back to single head use the system worked again!
