I just started the coordinate test run, I did the visual test correctly, but always when I start the test it stops and shows the error window "pick up or visual alignment error" despite it picks up the component and throws it away.

Hi Ati! It sounds like you are having similar challenges to the challenges that I was having, so I thought that I would say that you might also want to read the thread called "Part rotation problem" that's in this same area ("SMALLSMT Forum >> Vision Placer software >> Vision Placer Software >> Part rotation problem"). You'll want to read the whole thread, but be sure to take a careful look at my post #14. A lightbulb turned on over my head at that point and I really started to understand the machine better. Michael did start a new thread called "Vacuum setttings for part detection" just as he said, but reading that AND the "Part rotation problem" thread might help you. Let me know what you think!
