Hi, I don't can pick up the MINIMELF diode with the program. I can pick up "by hand". I moved the CN065 nozzle in XYZ and I switched on the vacuum. With this process I can pick up the diode. What I must make for pick up of MINIMELF in the program ? Thank you
Hi, you should try to adjust the pickup position to middle of the component. Set a local pickup height in feeder settings to touch the component surface on pickup. Adjust the pick delay in feeder settings to 100ms and more if needed. Use slow rotation and speed settings on movement!

1. Use CN065 Nozzle 2. Use "take the chip speed" 3. Move the nozzle to exact center position of the part and set the pick up position. 4. Move the Z axis down to part surface and set the pickup height in feeder settings 5. set pick delay to 100ms
Please use high brightness for example 200 to 240 and reduce contrast between 210 to 160 to receive clear 2 pins in vision system output window. Define Part length = width = 2mm
